Fantastic service from start to finish. Claire was brilliant, really friendly and attentive. Felt completely at ease from the minute I walked in. Set in a lovely village lactation with a beautiful room, facial was amazing - my skin has never felt so good! Shampoo and conditioner smelled out of this world, total bliss! Thanks again for such a wonderful experience ❤️

I came out feeling very relaxed and refreshed. my whole experience was just amazing. Will definitely be rebooking again Thankyou xxMy friend and I have just had the most incredible morning at the Japanese head Spa. Carrie was so friendly and knowledgeable, the whole experience was so relaxing and my hair and scalp feels incredible. There are loads of additional touches that make the overall experience really special and unique. We highly recommend and will 1000% be retuning. Thank you Carrie! Xxx

Highly, highly recommend! The Japanese Head Spa experience is second to none. It was the most relaxing, most comfortable environment and the treatment is unmatched to any treatment I’ve received elsewhere. I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!
Highly Recommend! The whole experience at Japanese Head Spa Durham was incredibly relaxing. From start to finish, every detail was perfect. My hair and scalp felt so clean afterward, and the amazing scent lingered for days. It’s the perfect way to unwind and treat yourself. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know! 💛

Booking online was really easy and Carrie was responsive to messages and helpful with any questions I had. On the day, she and Claire made us feel so welcome and treated us like Goddesses from start to finish! Their salon is cozy, inviting and offers a little corner of tranquility for those with busy lifestyles. The Head Spa treatment was an incredibly relaxing experience and my hair and scalp felt amazing for days afterwards. I would highly recommend the ladies at Japanese Head Spa Durham for anyone who would like to treat themselves or their friends.Owner response

I purchased my mum a head spa voucher for her birthday and as I thought, she loved it! I needed to confirm a few things prior and my messages were answered so quickly and helpfully. I am a small business owner to, so I know how important positive reviews are! Thank you for pampering my mum so well and best of luck for the future.
I had an amazing treatment with Claire. She did a scalp analysis first and then spoke me through some of the oils that would be used. The treatment itself was very relaxing, and including head massage, hair wash/oil, scalp exfoliation, as well as a short facial, arm and hand massage. Would highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back!

Just what the doctor ordered after a very stressful week. Carrie was very informative about the products she was using and the benefits. Total relaxation - I had the luxury head spa, would recommend and I'll definitely be back not only for the head spa but for other treatments on offer

Went for a Duo Head Spa with my mum today, and wow I have never felt better. The staff are so friendly which makes the experience just that better. The head spa is so tranquil, and puts you in a complete state of relaxation! If you have been debating getting a Japanese Head Spa I would 100% recommend this established to anyone wanting to do it. 10/10 service ⭐️⭐️

Experienced The Bliss head spa treatment last Sunday. I was made very welcome, the treatment was explained so well, and the scalp analysis very interesting.The actual treatment was the best hour and 20mins I have experienced for a long time. So relaxing, and any tension lifted straight away. I couldn’t recommend this enough and will definitely be back 🫶
